When you purchase goods from us, the goods will be delivered through on of the following method:

Tracked 48 hour delivery by Royal Mail. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.

We are currently only delivering within the UK.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that you are not, please contact us by email at contact@blasuswelshcakes.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item. You can then simply return the item to us unopened and in its original condition and packaging, with any enclosed documentation, within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a full refund once we received and inspected your returned item. If your returned item is accepted for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
