The Pecan & Maple Welshcake Kit contains one of the best combinations to make truly delicious welshcakes, with crunchy pecan nuts and the unique taste of maple sugar.
The kit contains enough ingredients to make up to 20 welshcakes. In addition to to Bag 1 and Bag 2 there is a small bag of flour to put on your worksurface to help stop the mixture sticking when rolling and cutting out the welshcakes, and a small bag of caster sugar to sprinkle over the cooked welshcakes. Also included in the kit is a cookie cutter and the recipe card. Happy welsh caking!
