Lemon & Sultana welshcakes are very similar to traditional welshcakes but with a twist of zesty lemon. All ready to eat Blasus Welshcakes are made by hand........hand rolled, cut and cooked on a griddle. Generously sprinkled with sugar and carefully packed in recyclable packaging. Made in small batches using welsh butter, eggs and milk.

Absolutely perfect combination of flavour. Subtle lemon flavour but distinctive. You can taste the butter and it makes for a fabulous rich Welsh cake. Love them.
