The Almond & Cherry welshcake kit makes some delicious welshcakes. Sweet glace cherries and flavourful almonds make these welshcakes a tasty treat down to the very last morsel.
The Almond & Cherry welshcake kit contains enough ingredients to make up to 20 welsh cakes. In addition to to Bag 1 and Bag 2 there is a small bag of flour to put on your worksurface to help stop the mixture sticking when rolling and cutting out the welsh cakes, and a small bag of caster sugar to sprinkle over the cooked welsh cakes. Also included in the kit is a cookie cutter and the recipe card. Happy welsh caking!
